Hotel Rules

  • No smoking, parties or events.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is often required to secure your reservation.
  • Payments may be made via bank transfer to our corporate account (details provided below), or by using a valid debit or credit card (VISA or MasterCard only).
  • External food and beverages are not permitted within the resort premises.

Cancellation

Cancellations within 48 hours before the arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to the first night's charge.
